Shipping & Trail Policy

Please inspect all ordered products upon arrival and call us immediately to report any damages. DO NOT USE ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS. Refer to the "Returning Damaged or Faulty Merchandise" section below for more information.


Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped out on the same day if placed before 11 AM CT. Orders placed after 11 AM will ship out next day. All tracking numbers are provided at the end of the day. Weekend orders will ship out on Monday.

USA - Shipping

  • Economy Ground (orders under $99) - 1 to 7 Business days (depending on location) flat rate
  • Free Economy USPS Shipping - 1 to 7 Business days (depending on location)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 Business Days (additional rates apply)
  • UPS Overnight Air - 1 Business Day (additional rates apply)

Canada - Shipping

  • Flat rate of $30 dollars applied to order

South America - Shipping

  • Flat rate of $40 dollars applied to order

All Other Countries - Shipping

  • Flat rate of $70 dollars applied to order

Trail Policy

Midwest Billiards offers a 65 Day Return Policy. If you are not happy with an item from Midwest Billiards within 65 days, return it for a refund or exchange! Please provide up to 3 weeks for refunds to be posted to your credit card or Paypal account.

  • This return policy is for purpose of trying before you buy. Returns are expected to be in new condition or almost new condition with only bluing of the tip, free of dings and scratches. As long as the product has never been abused, misused or altered in any way, you can expect a hassle free return. MW Billiards, at our own judgment, reserves the right to void the 65 Day Return Policy on cues and shafts if there is evidence of abuse, mishandling, or excessive wear. 

    Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges of the return, including any shipping cost that we incurred sending out your original order.

  • Personalized, customized, special order and discontinued items are not returnable.

    Extensive customizations performed to personalize a cue are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, cue engraving, joint changes, turn downs and stain / color changes, wrap changes, or any item that is changed from our original stock. Any cues and or shafts that are not standard stock items, shafts that are built to order with matching ring design (stock = black collar) as well as custom cues, discontinued closeouts and lowering price cues, personalized cues are not eligible for return. Please double check the measurements, spelling, and any other customization prior to ordering. Any special order item not listed on our site is not eligible for return or exchange.

  • International Orders: Please be aware that MANY countries have import taxes and duties (VAT Tax) that will incur taxes upon delivery. These charges are the result of your country's imposed taxes and MW Billiards is not responsible. Please research the VAT tax before ordering.
  • Please email or call us to start the refund or exchange process. 


Returning Damaged or Faulty Merchandise

  • If you receive goods that have been damaged in transit it is best to refuse the package, otherwise you must immediately contact the shipping company upon discovery of the damage. Save all packing (including padding) for inspection. Also, contact us to let us know of the damage, so that we can arrange for the earliest replacement. Most items costing above $100 will be sent signature required. If the package is damaged inspect the contents before signing for the package.

  • Defective Unused Equipment. Please inspect your order before use. As many manufacturers will not pay for return shipment unless unused. At Midwest Billiard's discretion - we will either provide by email a prepaid return label, send a UPS truck for collection, or require the buyer's to return the item (at buyer's expense) for evaluation of defective claim. If the item is found defective or damaged MW Billiards will reimburse the buyer up to $15 for the cost of return shipping. Please be aware that an item is considered defective only when an item is either unusable for its intended purpose or outside the normal parameters of quality and construction for its brand.

  • Used Equipment found to be defective after use should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair.
